BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
PARKING
Park in the Activities Building lot PV. If it's full, lot K is the recommended general parking. View the campus parking map.
LUNCH
The day runs through lunchtime and we'll break accordingly. We strongly encourage bringing your own lunch, though there are food options on campus and nearby. Bring water and plan for a full day on the floor.
EQUIPMENT
Please bring your own silks, poles, and other equipment as we have limited loaner items.
PREPARE
Please wear athletic clothing. No jeans. Athletic shoes allowed, but no sandals or flip-flops.
